•I met Martye via telephone over a year ago. From the gitgo, I knew she was a professional with her fun personality but strict attention to the matter at hand. On top of this she is knowledeable about the market and prices. She'll tell you right off the bat, out of reach, possibly or a solid yes. We stayed in contact until the financial time was right for me. We spent maybe two days looking in person until she showed me my dream home at 511 16th. There were some challenges along the way due time on a contingency deal but when all seemed lost, Martye came up with a plan to save the day. I feel lucky to have Martye as my agent and now a friend. Thanks Martye!
