Ashley was so helpful, knowledgeable and always available, plus she is just a great person.

We were moving from out of state so we relied on Ashley to be our go between with the builder, our lender and title company. She was always one step ahead of any questions we had. We had selected homes on line to visit and Ashley had our visits lined up when we arrived. She took the initiative to get us into a new build home which turned out to be just what we wanted. She saw the price had just been reduced so we stayed at our price point. Ashley knows her business and the area. Looking at homes, she caught things in the houses that we would have overlooked and could have turned into a problem down the road. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Ashley and would highly recommend her. She went above and beyond our expectations in what a realtor should be.
