•Grace is the best agent I have ever worked with! She is very professional and a expert in this business. Grace is always willing to give us honest, trustworthy, reasonable and market-based advices. She treats the interest of her client as the top priority, which is actually rare as naturally agents' first priority are there commissions. When we were trying to sell our house, we were not able to stage the house as we are still living there. She visited our house several times and provided us with many decoration items to make our house as appealing as possible without interrupting our daily life. In the end, we were able to sell the house for 50k more than what we expected.
Grace is the best realtor. She is very experienced and reliable. She helps us sell our house in 4 days and she takes care of all the tough things. We just move out of Dallas, but we will be asking Grace again to be our realtor to buy an investment house and manage the rental process.
