Without peer

Having done 15+ real estate deals in my lifetime I understand the importance of a truly experienced broker/realtor. This is only amplified in the current tough market. Joe has handled the last 5 transactions I have been involved in both as a buyer or seller. His vast knowledge and perspective from both sides of the deal drives the best possible outcome. As a seller it requires listening to his vision for the property and executing it. At that point his negotiating ability takes over. He recently drove the highest sales price for my home in Frederick County in 2024. I would not use anyone else period!
