•As first-time buyers, we admittedly were apprehensive about accepting too much help from an agent. We didn't want to be deceived, and we didn't want to feel rushed into a sale we were uneasy about. Fortunately, we found Orlando, who doesn't do either of those things. We were immediately struck by his approachable, honest and open personality - we knew we could trust him. Although we had a deadline, we wanted to make the right decisions and not feel pressured to do anything hasty and stupid. Naturally we had a lot of questions. Orlando was quick to answer anything we threw at him, and went above and beyond to give us supplemental information on any subject we were asking. He saved us so much time and energy. Without him, we would have been fairly lost in the whole process. Home buying could be confusing and stressful. Luckily there are agents like Orlando that actually make it enjoyable.
