•Dan was very helpful and patient with us in our search, He constantly updated us when new homes popped up on the market and took us to tour them any time we wanted, he put a lot of effort into his offer letters to make us stand out from other offers ,and when one of our offers was accepted he continued to work with us and help us through the financial process and make sure we knew what to do to get approved, he even helped take care of some of the home repairs and services himself to ensure the home would pass the strict VA inspection and be approved for VA funding. It was a lot of work and Dan stuck with us the whole way! The other realtors I’ve met would not have been able to get us into the home we have now. Only Dan! He is a great realtor and very helpful!
