•We couldn’t be happier with Charisse and her team. Prior to selling our property, Charisse managed it as a rental and it’s not everyday that you feel like renting could be as hassle free as it was! Charisse found us responsible tenants and took care of requests at the most reasonable price for all parties, making the whole process of being a landlord so much easier! When we listed our property, we wanted Charisse to represent us. Charisse has excellent knowledge of the area, the market and could probably tell you about any property in the premises with her eyes closed! She was also very responsive, kept us informed (we are not local to Oc) and was very concise, knowledgeable, confident and honest in giving us the right feedback and guidance. Thanks to her team, we went from listing to closing escrow within a month which was unbelievable to us. We were able to get multiple offers and were able to sell at a price a lot more than our expectation and asking. Charisse and her team are thorough professionals with great ethics and I really wish to work with her again if we ever return to OC!
