Charisse made our selling experience super easy. She handled every step along the way, everything from scheduling a company to do upgrades (for a fair price), to completing as much of the paperwork as she could minimizing our work, to answering my many calls and texts quickly, to making a phone call and then helping m me fill out the difficult financial tax part of the forms, to providing an acceptable sales price, to showing our unit quickly upon it hitting the MLS system, to selling it very quickly well above our asking price. When we sell our next property within a couple of years, we will surely contract with Charisse again!
