•This task wasn’t an easy task, let alone one for any realtor much less Caleb to take on and conquer, but Caleb did it and he got the job done. He walked right in with confidence of being able to sell our home, but he was very straightforward and realistic that it would take some time as well as some work to get our house sold. At times he actually rolled up his sleeves and got dirty with us as we conducted several home/yard projects. Even though it took longer than I expected to sell our home, with Caleb networking and advertisements we were able to sell our home. Caleb is now family; he has earn his spot.
