•We are forever grateful to Andy and Associate Ana O’Byrne for their guidance in the sale of our primary residence. Their optimism, knowledge, professionalism and reliability, and vision for our property provided us with an experience and outcome that exceeded our expectations. Our plans were to retire, move, and sell our home “sometime” in our near future - but we really didn’t know where to begin. They were so welcoming and always respected our unsure timeline; never pressured us to make decisions. With the information they provided we were able to see our goals come into perspective. Using their sense of design and experience working with contractors, they were efficient and stayed within their projected budget. Our property could have been a TV show highlight! They were also very realistic about the real estate market and guided us well as to when the property should be listed, asking price, and all sales details. Andy and Ana emitted trustworthiness from the start. Since we were able to hand our property over to them, we were able to move forward in our new life in “retirement”. We are happy today in no small part for the service and expertise provided by Andy and Ana. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs a realtor for any reason.
