I was following the sales in the area and Gary was killing it with each and every one. Being an out of state Realtor myself I know how hard in this market it is to do it over and over. I contacted him, he kept in touch. I met with other agents but he clearly was the one for us. He knew the area, had any resource we needed and got the job done! Multiple offers and way over ask!
