Excellent all around!

Evelyn is truly one of a kind. I will start by saying that we worked together for nearly a year to find the perfect home for me. Evelyn truly knows the market, is fast with paperwork, negotiations, and responsiveness. A great thing to note is that during showings she will point out not only the good, but the bad and ugly. She is adaptive and hones in on what you're truly looking for. We had many great laughs even during the most ridiculous situations with sellers.
