Julie was amazing from start to finish! She is extremely knowledgeable about even the most complex situation and/or questions. Being that she is licensed in both Minnesota and Florida, she helped us tremendously with both homes and gave us excellent advice. Julie represented us a buyer on two different properties. The first, after due diligence, we concluded it did not fit our needs. A lot of agents after losing the sale would not be happy but she put our interest first and wanted us to find the right unit. We found a unit closer to our needs and what impressed me was her effort after the sale to insure the transistion was smooth and even got assistance from her broker. It was obvious to us she cared, was extremely responsive and has a high engergy level. Definitely recommend her.

Julie is the BEST! We took forever looking for the perfect house and she was so patient! She did not push but was very thorough and sent us new listings as soon as she found one that fit our criteria. Julie sold our home in Punta Gorda, Florida and helped us find our dream home in Venice, Florida. Julie is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endless patient and generous with her time. From the very beginning of the process of selling our home, she knew exactly what she had to do in terms of a successful sale within a practical timeframe. The MLS listing with the beautiful pictures were awesome. Julie told us having an open house weekly drives homes sales. She also determined the best day to have an open house in our community and it all came together. We had a sale sooner than later with a few buyers waiting in the wings. In terms of the price of the sale of our home, she helped us determine the price we would accept. Negotiating back and forth was an easy process with Julie being the point person. She also helped us with buying our new home. Julie was key in opening our eyes to what should have been a "no brainer" for us to understand the great deal we were getting.
