Highly recommend Jenn Scott!
Jenn has a true passion for her craft and went above and beyond to ensure that my new home purchase went as smoothly as possible. Her market knowledge of the area, the home buying process, negotiation skills and warm, caring personality made this process an enjoyable one. She was quick to go above and beyond when issues arose in the inspection and had them resolved quickly, saving me money! She listened carefully to my wants and needs and was relentless in her pursuit, offering sound advice in areas I overlooked. Her communication was immediate and I never had an issue reaching her. I am absolutely thrilled with my new home and my new realtor! My only regret is not finding her sooner!

Jenn was outstanding
Jenn was outstanding. She worked for 18 months finding me a very specific property with many specific needs. Jenn is very knowledgeable on house and land codes and has an eagle eye for flaws and many times on a visit she would point out a potential issue in regard to repairs needed and code issues. I found this to be extremely helpful as in many cases a decision on purchasing is necessary ASAP. She never seemed let down as I passed on many locations, nor did she slow down. Jenn was relentless to find the perfect spot. Always upbeat and positive. Jenn will find your new home for you and respond to every text and phone call immediately. I don't know how she does it, but she does. She is passionate about her customers. Thank you, Jenn. YOU ARE THE BEST and A BEAST...

Jen was very knowledgeable about the whole process
Jen was very knowledgeable about the whole process. She has also been working hard with me for months looking at the homes. I feel like we have spent so much time together that we know each other well and will probably stay in touch with each other. If I meet anyone that is looking for a home in Delaware I would surely recommend Jen Scott. She is so professional.

With as stressful as home buying can be, the most important part is having an agent who is responsive, patient and tenacious. That is Jenn Scott. We felt completely informed through the entire process and if a question did arise, Jenn responded quickly and thoroughly. She followed up every step of the way and helped to coordinate among many different players (selling agent, mortgage brokers, inspectors, HOA representatives, etc). Perhaps the characteristic that made working with Jenn the best is her kindness. She really got to know us and cared about our well being through the process and even after.

Jenn was amazing to work with. She is a genuinely caring person and was incredibly patient and supportive while I looked at many, many homes before I found the one that was perfect for me. Jenn has an in-depth understanding of houses, what drives the market, and the best way to finance to get an offer accepted. She pointed out things I never would have noticed when we viewed homes. She understands construction and has an incredible eye for detail. She is a wealth of information on the area, recommendations for services, etc. I would highly recommend Jenn to all of my family and friends, and anyone looking for a home in Delaware. She is a true gem and an honest and wonderful human being.

From the first time I requested information on a property I saw listed in Delaware Jenn was very thorough in her research and information that I requested. I live in NYC and she made sure every detail I was seeking was available to me. She knew exactly what I was looking for.
