This was a difficult property to sell. Older, somewhat dated farmhouse on 10 acres. There is a limited market for this type of property. Brubaker Culton attracted several interested buyers with varying levels of ability to obtain financing. Mike Culton helped us select the best prospective buyers and kept the process moving. Mike was diligent in pursuing perceived delays and problems, cutting through roadblocks, and persevered to a successful closing. He really worked hard for us. He was able to wisely advise us on many issues because of his extensive experience in the Hemet-San Jacinto Valley.

Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about Mike Culton. We had a very difficult sale due to the buyer's financing issues.
