•My experience with Carlota demonstrates that while "experience" may be important, careful attention to detail and work ethic and the desire to learn are the most important. Carlota exhibited ALL those qualities. I am a cancer physician so those qualities are of utmost importance to me. She took all the appropriate leads I suggested. We closed on nearly 950 K deal. She helped with bargaining and dealing with the other agent even when there was a disconnect on their end. She is ETERNALLY responsible and responsive. She never quits and never stops. She is kind. She gives me hope in this industry. I have so many superlatives to mention. She knows how to make moves in a tough market. She is highly recommended without any reservation. Its a true privilege to write this review.
