If you want to buy or sell a home in the Bronx, then you need Cathy Tonti to be your Real Estate Agent! Thanks to her we were finally able to close on a house after a very long and tortuous adventure due to a difficult seller. We couldn't have done it without the patience, knowledge, and expertise of Cathy Tonti. She was always available seven days a week to follow-up on our house on our behalf, and went to check on the house countless times when we could not. Her experience is key in Bronx transactions! We first tried to buy a different house in the Bronx with a Manhattan Real Estate Agent and ultimately it was a mess and the deal collapsed. It turns out we just needed Cathy Tonti all along.
