•Marilyn came to the property to tell us what needed to be done in order to put the place in shape for sale. She gave us time to empty the house, paint, and clean. Marilyn used saavy tactics to have showings on a Saturday then open house for 2 hours on Sunday. The price she set generated over 20 visits to the house in two days. She also worked to negotiate a better offer for the seller. Marilyn kept lawyer, owner, buyer's agent all well informed of the stages in the sales process and got us the extra time we needed to close. Marilyn answers all calls and texts promptly and cheerfully. I have been involved in several home transactions over the years, and Marilyn has been the best agent by far.
