•Lacy was so helpful and great to work with! She is very knowledgeable of the area we were looking at and the houses that we were interested in. She researched ahead of time the various houses we wanted to see and gave us her opinion on best value, features/finishes, and helped us narrow down our search extremely fast. She is very responsive and is willing to do whatever is needed for her client. We had to make a really fast decision on an offer for the house we wanted and she was able to do the negotiations and put in the offer for us while I was out of town with horrible cell service! Being a first time home buyer, she made sure she contacted us throughout the process to keep us on track and answered all our questions. She even touch based with us after closing to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend Lacy as a very trustworthy, reliable, and skilled realtor. Thank you for everything you've done during this whirlwind month!!
