•We bought our home with the expertise help from Melissa from out-of-state. Other than viewing the home on the computer, Melissa was our eyes and ears on the property. She met with my brother to show him the house as well...she was always there for us and very helpful in the prolonged closing that took place. When we did arrive before closing, she brought us to the property as many times as we asked and drove us around to acclaim the area even to the ocean and gave us lists of names and numbers to get established in every means of living. I would highly recumbent her and her sparkling personality to buy a home or sell a home as well. We couldn't have found a better person to fulfill our needs in relocating to FL. It was a huge move on our part and she made our transition so smooth because of all of her moves here. If you are looking for a personable agent who knows her job and does it to the best of her ability and treats you like a friend, then Melissa is your agent. I would definitely go through her again if ever the need arises.
