We were on the market 6 months with no sale in sight. As soon as Kelly took over we noticed the difference a professional Realtor makes. She hired a photographer and had some empty rooms virtually staged (we had moved out already). She brought a few furniture/home decor items and suggested some for us to bring. Her brochures were solid and good looking (no cheap printouts like we had before). The online listing with new pictures really looked good and our neighbors commented that they noticed a lot more people coming to see the house. Add all that to Kelly's great personality, and less than two months later our house was sold. Kelly delivered on her promise to work hard for us.
