My situation was complicated. I am a UK citizen and was part owner of a property in Orlando. We wanted to sell the property, and searching for a suitable Realtor, I found William Perea. During this process, he discovered that one of the part owners was my late father, who had passed away some years previously. Unfortunately, my father's Florida Will had never been executed, so we did not have Title to the property. With William's guidance and help, we managed to sort out Probate on my father's share of the property, and things started to look better. This took a long time. In the UK, we are not used to Legal Issues taking quite so long to sort out, so we were grateful to William for his help in renting out the property while it was all completed. With additional details, such as my 99 year old mother (another co-owner) passing away, and other issues with the Title Company I can honestly say that without William's persistence and help, we would not have managed to close the sale. For these and various other reasons, the whole process took 6 years, mainly due to legal issues completely out of William's control.
