We gathered from the videos her straight forwardness, honesty and we felt she was someone we could trust. When we needed a realtor in the Venice area she was the one we chose and from the day we emailed her to now, she answers quickly and keeps in touch. When we found the condo we wanted Heydy to video walk thru for us (since we were out of state and unable to physically be there), she immediately took care of that for us and we had our video within 30 minutes. The offer and transactions went flawlessly. We love our new home and have already recommended Heydy's services to close friends that might relocate to the Venice or surrounding area.
