The Absolute BEST Realtor in the Florida. *****5 Stars

Our home was on the market for nearly 40 days with ANOTHER agent/agency, at a time period of what looked to be a surging market. We made the hard decision to terminate our listing agreement and hire Gary Dale. My wife and Mother-in-law had just happen to run into Gary at a mall that he was listing. They were so impressed with his professionalism, mannerism and especially his patriotism that they had asked him for a card and expressed to him that we were wanting to sell our waterfront home in Englewood. Gary (based in Sarasota an hour drive away) jumped on board and within 3 days he had 23-30 people show up for an open house (prior agent had 2 open houses and a total 4 people show up) Gary Dale had us a cash offer I believe in 10-14 days after he listed the property. This was not the end of Gary's do diligence, Gary went above and beyond even after the closing of our home to make sure that all of our needs were met. In closing; I don't think there was one single time Gary didn't pick up his phone when I called him and his communication with the whole process was spot on. I personally think that Gary Dale would be successful in any career choice he would have made in his life. When it comes down to it, Gary's Core Values and Attention to details is what sets Gary on the the Top Shelf of all the good people I have encountered in my 53 years on the planet.
