My husband and I truly appreciate the customer service Kathy Coury provided to us during our home search and closing. We felt like we were at a disadvantage living so far from Sarasota, but Kathy helped guide us in our decision making, relative to desirable neighborhoods for us. She even went so far as to email us videos she took on her own time which reflected higher levels of customer service. And although the closing should have been seamless, it wasn't....and she was right there, working on coordination with the listing agent to make sure the sellers remained comfortable. It all came down to the 11th hour and a wire transfer and she was there the entire way; we always felt like our goals were in safe hands.

Gary went above and beyond to get our condo sold. He made minor repairs, moved furniture around, and did a pre listing inspection which identified a failing hot water heater. He staged and marketed our home so that it sold quickly and for a good price, after we had wasted 3 months with another agent who got no offers for us. Highly recommend Gary, he is the best!
