•Molly helped us from start to finish. She did an initial walk thru of our home prior to selling it and gave us great realistic advise on how to prepare our house for the market & a quick sale. And she was spot on! We had offers within hours of listing it and she was thorough with explaining the pros/cons of each offer and very helpful in navigating which offers to consider. After accepting an offer on our home it was full speed ahead on finding us a new house and she hit the ground running with us. She showed us multiple houses within days. She was patient and responsive to our wants/needs. And she was able to get us into a great house! I refer everyone I know to her and we continue to use her for our real estate needs.
