Megan Finn is a Real Estate STAR

I first met Megan Finn last December when she guided my sister through the process of selling her house and buying a condominium. Megan held one Open House on a Saturday. The next day she brought my sister 16 offers and my sister sold her house for $25,000 more than her asking price. Megan is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We followed all her suggestions and accepted a full price offer one week after we put our house on the market! She is friendly, patient and extremely hard-working. I put the wrong key in the lockbox and hurried over to give her the correct key. When I got there, she wasn't sitting on the porch, waiting for me - she was weeding our front yard garden! Also, we had a well that we thought had been capped decades ago. Megan went to great lengths to find the certificate before we concluded that the well had not been capped. While we searched for a company to cap the well, Megan found a Ramsey County program that, assuming the proper guidelines are followed, will pay 50% of the capping costs up to $750. While getting the well capped was a stressful experience, Megan's resourcefulness saved us almost 40% of the total price! Throughout the process of preparing our home for sale to the final closing, Megan communicated clearly with us and with the realtor for the buyers. My husband and I highly recommend Megan Finn.
