•Stu made sure I was comfortable with the pricing on my house and gave me a lot of comparables in my area. Since I am a 81 year old widow, this was not an easy sale for me. Stu and Eric said they would try to make me comfortable throughout the whole sale process. From moving pictures, furniture and picking the right time to plan our first open house, I knew I was part of a great TEAM. The house sold in 12 days and Stu negotiated that I could stay in my house until September 17th. I was able to give some of my furniture to my grandson, my son Greg and his wife Chris and other nieces. We were able to donate other furniture to charities Since I was still having a tough time with memories, I secured a storage unit to come back to Minnesota in the summer Stu and Eric knew the last few weeks were going to be the hardest. I closed on September 18 and I was on an airplane back to my Florida home Stu and Eric made sure everything ran smoothly and the house was acceptable to the new buyers. I highly recommend you talk to Stuart if you are thinking about selling your home Stuart and Eric will help you strategize And make your sale k
