Friendly and Helpful

Megan was immediately relatable and friendly upon first time of happening across her. She not only listened to what we were looking for but offered additional thoughts for us to consider. Once we picked the type of home we wanted and locations we were hoping to look at, she went well above and beyond to walk us through the entire process and put us in contact with financial institutions early on to ensure no delays. The best quality of Megan, other than being super friendly, was her walking us through each and every step and setting realistic expectations. She even went as far as to help us understand what all of the different terms and qualifications are. Family and friends have expressed buying a home is nerve wrecking process; I can assure the reader that having Megan on our side made the process seamless and worry free.
