If you want a realtor who has you best interest in mind for his clients it's William. He vast knowledge of the real estate market is invaluable. Mr Escobar's experience as an Appraiser and Home inspector is by far an attribute that no other Realtor can claim. The information he provides to customers whether you thinking of buying or exploring the market prepare buyers to what is available and what to expect in the buying process. I have referred him to my family and friends and they all are amazed by his knowledge and professionalism and straightforwardness. I truly believe he could sell you properties on the moon or Mars.!!!!!! PS his guidance in the purchase and sale of the property made me money!

We bought our house with Karem this past month, it took us a little More than a year to find the house that met our needs. She was very patient and kept showing us properties. When we finally found the house she was very proactive in the negotiation process and very organized during all the closing process as well. She did what it was needed to be done very fast. She always gave the extra mile that you really need in this long process. We are really pleased with her job and would highly recommend her to anybody who needs the service of a real state agent .
