•Let me just say Tim is amazing. Right away he is super friendly. He is so eager too assist you. When finding that special home. I called alot of other Realtors. They all told me this was impossible. I was looking for a creative deal. Tim contacted me and right away said: I will get back to you in 24hrs. He did get back to me with we can do this. It may take a little time but, we will find something. From that point on I had someone who actually cared. Tim jumped in with both feet and started running. Working tirelessly to find the house the deal I needed. He is so knowledgeable about the market. We were in contact constantly. His only concern was finding me a home. WE DID IT. Found the needle in the hay stack. In closing let just say Tim a great agent. He is the most friendliest guy. The real deal who actually has empathy for people. You can feel it's not an act. His may concern is making you happy. When all is said and done you are completely happy. His work ethic is amazing. No stone left unturned. I guess that is his military background. I want to just say thanks so much Tim you are an amazing person and a Top Notch Agent. To any person reading this a word of advice, this is the agent you want helping you.
