Sonia was wonderful to work with to sell my Dad's home. She was available all the time to answer any questions since we did all this long distance from out of state. After following her advice and paying for minimal improvements like carpet cleaning, pressure washing driveway, and touch up painting, the home sold quickly, even with so many other homes on the market.
