Wow, where do I start? From start to finish Britt made buying our first home as simple and seamless as possible. She started out by giving us access to the coldwell banker website and customizing homes for us in our desired area, and price range. She always assured to work with us between my fiancé and I’s odd work schedules to be available to show us each home we were interested in. She also would notify us when new homes were posted that would be of interested to us. She was transparent and always made sure to answer any questions that we had with promptness, and clarity. We found our dream home with Britt’s help. She assured that we understood the process starting from signing our initial offer, signing all contracts, and knowing all expectations. Britt is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive. She assured that buying our first home was truly FUN, and we will always appreciate her for that. Sheila helped us navigate the Covid-19 situation by facilitating the remote purchase of a second home in Florida so that we can visit and be near our daughter’s family and our newest grandchild. She showed us homes through remote video and helped us to realize that our best interest would be served by building a new home with limited maintenance. She served as an important link between us and the builder since we were remote during all of the construction. Sheila was the best: a professional with highest standards.
