Wes is a people person with your best interest in mind and he who considers your success as his own.

Wes has the charisma to win your trust and the know-how to back it up. On a real note, he was a very enthusiastic and upbeat but even more importantly: He was more patient than I could have expected. We went to great number of different locations on many different occasions. I never heard any complaints about visiting far off areas nor for the many trips that proved useless due to our lack of interests in the properties viewed. You never feel rushed or pressured to make decisions that you do not want to make. It was obvious to me that I would know significantly less about the various processes that are involved in buying a house than any real estate agent would. Even so, I still picked up on the way that Wes seemed to be very concrete on the many aspects of house pricing, desired traits of a property and its location, and how to “play the game” when it comes to interacting with the seller and their agents. I’m sure there are other great things that I could attribute to his abilities but to keep the review a little shorter, the last thing I’d like to mention is that Wes seems like a pretty genuine dude. It’s a good feeling when someone shows as much happiness and enthusiasm regarding your success as you would for your own. It may not be a skill or necessary for the process but it sure makes a difference with how you feel when all is said and done and it’s by no means for show. I would advise anyone who I value as well as whoever reads this to give Wes a go if they want a pleasant and successful property hunting endeavor.
