Unfortunately, I believe Kimberly's market knowledge was ok and communication went negative when my husband and I voiced our concerns on an issue when purchasing a home. We felt our agent was not representing us to her full potential and conveyed it to her by email. We all know buying/selling a home is stressful and one should be able to be honest but also professional with there agent. I would have liked my agent to response to the difficult email we had to send her on our disapproval of how things were going. Instead, Kimberly had her broker step in immediately. Jason had to confirm with a lawyer that our concerns were valid enough to aquire a seller concession amount. Jason was great because he heard our concerns, not to say that he did agree with us in the beginning but he reached out to his resources and found the answer. When the "dust settled", Kimberly fully represented us again. We were all amicable at the end of this.
