•To start, Ken was extremely thorough in his analysis of the market value for my unique property. He is very logical and every thing he did was very well thought out. On top of that, he communicated with me!!!! What a pleasant surprise! I truly felt he listened to anything I had to say and we worked together for the ultimate good of all. Ken has a lot of experience as a realtor and that became clear as he was familiar with all the different scenarios that arose. He knew what to do, what to say, what needed to be done, and he just did what was needed! Again with his logical mind we would work things out and he always had ideas to run by me., like he was one step ahead all the time. Truly on top of everything as if I was his only client and I certainly was not. He helped me above and beyond anything I ever expected and kept me abreast almost daily. His ability to communicate with others, like agent for buyers, appraisers, lawyers, etc was a strong point as he truly cares about everyone and the outcome that is best for all. I know this was a business deal but the friendship and trust that developed was key! I have already recommended him to my attorney, to a home staging company, and to friends.
