The agent(s) just don't seem to be interested in making the sale for potential buyers on the market. Realtors need to be more attentive to the interests of interested buyers and help to negotiate contracts to assist with those goals and not what they think are the things Sellers want. Just ask us and we'll tell you what we're looking for, and then please listen when we express this. I had heard bad rumors in advance of how Bosshardt only works in the interest of sellers, not buyers, but I never realized that most of the rumors would prove to be true. I will probably not ever be doing business with Bosshardt again as a result.

Let me preface this review with a self -acknowledgement that I have very high standards for customer experience. Kelly went above and beyond our expectations. She helped us sell our house much faster than we anticipated- she had a buyer in mind and we had a full price offer the day it hit the market. She also also helped us through the contract, purchase and building phase of our new home. She was very responsive and thorough to every task thrown her way.
