I've always heard that buying a house is an extremely stressful experience, but Bunky made the process feel like a piece of cake! Bunky came highly recommended from two close friends that each used him to purchase their current homes. Now I see why! Lee was exceptional!! She spent many, many hours viewing and discussing various homes and ultimately found us our dream. Finding our home was just the 1st step of many in which Lee expertly assisted us. Not only did she guide us through the offer and mortgage paperwork process she even helped us get the house “inspection ready”. Could not have maneuvered through the many hurdles without Lee’s help. Cathy is the best realtor I've ever had!!!!Typically it is very hard for me to let someone else manage selling/buying property and I really itch to take control, solve problems, negotiate, etc. But with Cathy she had it all so under control that I finally got to feel what its like to just relax and let someone else deal with the drama! She always has a solution worked out before she calls to tell you what has been progressing - its really quite nice as long as I remember to let her do it!!

Working with Heather in selling our property was an awesome experience. She is so knowledgeable in the real estate market, her communication skills are too notch, but what I most valued is her constant confidence and reassurance that it was going to be okay.
