Becky Lancer has called Gainesville home for 19 years. As a mom who raised three boys here, an entrepreneur who built a six-figure short-term rental business in Alachua County, a military wife, and a local schoolteacher for a decade, Becky brings a deep understanding of the community she serves. Before all of that, she won a gold medal at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. That experience shapes the way Becky works. There is an old adage that proclaims - the family that plays together, stays together. In regards to this Father/Daughter team, one could easily include work in that mix. Missie Schneider was born and raised in Gainesville and has watched her father's real estate success firsthand. Gifted with the same passion and drive as Gary, after her graduation from college in 2001, Missie followed in his footsteps and got her real estate license. In Missie's free time, she enjoys running, hunting, and fishing. She is President of the National Wild Turkey Federation-Gator Gobbler chapter, and secretary of her local Coastal Conservation Association chapter. Gary Schneider has been an active resident of Gainesville since he enrolled in the university of Florida in the early 70's. After graduating from UF, Gary was hired as the UF head wrestling coach. After the wrestling program was discontinued, Gary was able to establish himself in a new profession, real estate. Since that time, Gary has had an instrumental role in the development of many upscale neighborhoods, such as, Haile Plantation, Hayes Glen, Cheney walk and Hammock Ridge. In his free time, Gary enjoys working out and spending time at the Beach. Currently, Missie combines her energy and fresh prospective with Gary's 50 years of real estate experience.
