This is the second time my family has contacted James for real estate assistance. The first time, James sold my parents their dream home in Dunnellon. Unfortunately my mother passed away and my father was no longer able to sustain living on his own after a few years so we contacted James again, and he right away presented me with comparable listings and research as best possible, and had interest from potential buyers on the first day of signing our contract.
