This was the 4th house that Darren has helped us sell, and by far the mist difficult. He persevered and found a way to get it done.

Darren is the agent who sold me this house.  He told me at the time that he thought it was much more house than I needed.  He also told me that if it was not my forever home, to enjoy living here and when I am ready, we would sell it and make a nice profit.  As always, Darren knew what he was talking about.  Without question, Darren would be the only agent that I use to buy or sell.   He knows the market; home values and has an extraordinary marketing plan.  I thought I would need to wait until the spring to sell my house.  Darren assured me that now (right before Thanksgiving and Christmas) was the perfect time.  He was right again.  He managed the showings to accommodate my schedule.  Well within the time frame that he assured me the house would sell, it was sold.  Darren took a telephone call on the holiday and showed it the following morning.  He brought the buyer and made it all happen effortlessly.  He even made himself available to help me get packed for the movers.  Darren arranged for his housekeeper to clean the house, working around the movers to keep us on schedule.  Although I have no plans to move anytime soon, if that changes Darren will be the only person I call.  Darren is my REALTOR for life. We were on a tight schedule to move our things into the house and he helped his client get moved out as well as helping us. Not only that, he has helped us dispose of boxes and packing materials as well as selling a washer and dryer. I have had the experience of working with Darren on buying a home, and then selling a home. In this case selling. In spite of a down market, and having a home that is very niche centered (would have to have a certain type buyer), Darren kept the course and guided us through.
