•Review for: Peter Bondi It's hard enough to sell a house these days, harder yet to sell a house in one state and live in another. This is what happened with us as we needed to sell our folks' home in Connecticut while we live three states away. Peter was the perfect agent for the job! After talking extensively with him about our concerns, he offered his expertise from day one, and, being true to his word, was there for us every step of the way. When preparing the house for sale - he offered vendors to help. When selling questions came up - he offered his expertise. When there was a need for someone to be at the house for regularly scheduled maintenance - he offered to be there. Peter was so understanding of the fact that the trip for us was not "around the corner"! He was ALWAYS willing to step in, and kept us updated of all details. He ALWAYS answered our phone calls and text messages. He ALWAYS helped by offering advice in any way he could. We are so grateful he was our Agent. And, the house sold - when everyone doubted it would happen around the Holidays & winter, Peter continued to have Open Houses, and it paid off. Thank you, Peter Bondi, for all you've done to help us during this transition in our family!
