First off, I can’t say enough good things about Sharon. From staying on top of homes that were for sale in the area for me to go and see, to FINALLY finding my forever home and helping me through the process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all HONEST! Sharon communicated promptly every time I had a question via text, email or phone call. She did a good job dealing with other realtors, which was one less thing I had to do. My bottom price was $5K more than the final price, but the buyer’s initial offer was$15K less, which she negotiated. She went above her job description by helping me with final movers, and final walk-through. I could not have succeeded without her assistance.

Sharon went above and beyond helping move out of the house. She met with movers, and supervised the last events so I wouldn’t have to drive ten hours back to deal with them. As a handicapped person, this meant a great deal to me. I physically could not have done what fate placed in front of me if it had not been for Sharon.

Sharon was totally awesome. Her experience, knowledge and communications skills are impeccable. She knew exactly how to deal with the developers that were buying our property. Every time they would try to change something that was not to our benefit she would say " don't worry I will take care of this" and that she did! She got us more every time that they would try to change something. I can not thank her enough for all that she did!

Trying to sell property to a developer is unlike any other experience. The delays and papers is very trying. We originally figured it was just like any other property selling. Oh no way. Sharon was able to guide us, help and go to bat for us so many times. We could not have done this without her help!!
