•This was our first time buying a home, and honestly, we had no idea what we were doing. Luckily, Sergio was super patient and really took the time to explain everything to us from what options made the most sense to how the whole process worked. When we finally found the right house, he helped us with the offer and negotiations, and thanks to him, our offer got accepted! Was it stressful? Of course, buying a home always is but he was so patient and made it way more manageable. We’re super grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him, especially if you’re buying for the first time.
