He also made the closing process very simple on my end, even though I had already relocated and had to do an absentee closing. He made sure it was overall a quick and seamless process, which was exactly what I needed.

Jimmy made buying our first home very easy! It was a seller’s market at the time of purchase... We put in an offer on one home but missed it. The next home was setup as a bid situation with the seller reviewing all offers after 7 days of being on the market. Jimmy told us exactly what it would take to get the contract. He even offered additional tips to make sure we would get it. We took his advice & got the dream home we wanted for our family. He did an excellent job negotiating our home repairs from the inspection. From start to finish he walked us through the entire process making it easy. He was so well organized & prepared that we were able to close a couple of weeks earlier than expected. Great job Jimmy!

Jimmy made sure my first home buying experience was a great one! He guided me through the entire process, making sure to promptly and thoroughly answer all of my many questions. He took the initiative to have everything ready to go ahead of time so we were able to move quickly in a very competitive market. He is a master negotiator and made the process painless to me as the buyer. He was also able to get everything ready for closing within a very short window to accommodate my needs. You will not find anyone else as hard working or responsive as Jimmy!
