•Kimberly Humphries went above and beyond. My husband and I were on a time limit and she worked diligently in helping us find a home. Kimberly was so easy to talk to and was very professional and knowledgeable. Kimberly showed us several older homes that we wanted to see. We decided to look at some new homes and Kimberly led us to three developments that was building new homes and the last one we looked at was exactly what we were looking for in a home. Kimberly helped us find a home that had everything we were looking for in a home! Kimberly asked the builders questions that we would have never thought to ask. Kimberly was with us through the whole process! We were blessed to meet and work with Kimberly Humphries. Thank you
Kim met us during a very busy Thanksgiving week. She took three days with us showing us a large number of existing properties. When none of those were to our liking Kim suggested we look at new construction. We have owned a dozen home in our 56 years of marriage but never a new construction home. We were leery, but Kim told us to just look and if we were not comfortable we could find more existing properties. We first looked at Ryan homes but found nothing that checked all our boxes. So Kim suggested Meritage homes. From the minute we walked into the model we were impressed. As we chatted with Daryl, the sales guy, Kim kept asking questions on our behalf. Honestly, questions we probably would not have thought to ask. We made and offer, it was accepted, we closed on 12/30 less than a month after meeting with Kim. Kim attended the closing and was happy for us. I would highly recommend Kim without hesitation. She is patient, kind, caring and thoroughly professional. Kim put her client above all and it shows.
