When people say - "You know real estate can get complicated." - my predicament must have been the example by which they said this. After a very long legal battle, I had decided it was time to sell my property in the Acreage community. To do so, I first reached out to Zillow for basic assistance and local realtor information as I was living out of state and had no local "friends and family" contacts. Luckily for me, Scott and Jamy at Blue Chip Properties called me back the same day. They cordially introduced themselves, respectfully went over my file, and shared with me their background and experience in selling homes. More importantly, they spent the time to A) Listen to and fully understand the details of my complicated scenario and 2) Did not hesitate to accept the challenge with positivity and genuine enthusiasm. Immediately out of the gate, they went above and beyond to get the property listed. They met right away with individuals on my behalf including property managers, landscapers, inspectors etc. etc., and got the property online and showing within a few days, NOT WEEKS like I've heard from others selling their property. Offers came in almost immediately and Jamy and Scott were on time, on point, and on my side in getting the details covered and sorted promptly so a contract could be drafted. With all that was going on in my life, one thing I consistently felt I could count on was that Scott and Jamy were working for me and my best interest. The result? A signed sales contract in the range I asked for without anxiety, agitation, or trepidation. Simply put, a potentially painstaking process made incredibly easy and comforting by two individuals that are working with pride, truthfulness and honor. Jamy and her team were really fantastic. From the start they came in and agreed on the price we wanted when other real estate agents wanted to put it up for quite a lower amount. They were so helpful, they handled everything that came up, since we lived not in the area, this was very important. I would recommend them to all. So very happy to work with them.
