Tampa Native, Ms. Guagliardo began her real estate career in 1990 working with her mother Angela Guagliardo. She began in general real estate sales, helping both buyers and sellers throughout Tampa, with special expertise in luxury homes throughout the greater bay area.Ms. Guagliardo's knowledge and expertise has allowed her to work through the great recession of 2008-2011 developing an excellent foundation and skill set to navigate through the market’s many cycles. Innovative marketing techniques combined with 25 years of experience in the Tampa market, allow for her continued success. Ms. Guagliardo has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration/ Management.
