My first impression of Shelly was of a highly experienced realtor able to clearly and knowledgeably explain the process of establishing the probable market value of my property, the tasks I would need to accomplish to make my property ready to put on the market and the ins and outs of completing the sale. She always provided comprehensive written data to support her conclusions. I moved from the neighborhood before the house was placed under contract and Shelly personally handled the many little issues that arose -- managing the repainting of and through cleaning of the interior, getting the inspector's punch list taken care of, and even making sure the fish pond had enough water. She never lost her cool even when I discovered that I had let the termite insurance lapse -- when Plan A wasn't working she always had a Plan B. In addition, Shelly is a marvelous human being -- dedicated to improving the lives of others in and out of her community. I feel truly blessed to have met her and to have had the good fortune to be one of her clients.
