I don't think you have to be a rocket scientist to understand or appreciate how volatile the real estate market has been in recent years. When you add a hot market like Austin to that scenario, you need good guidance and someone who will be honest and still help you sell at the right price. Shea followed me through my entire home buying and selling process in Austin. When I bought in 2019, I don't think any of us could have predicted the insanity of a pandemic skyrocketing prices the way they did - it felt like living in two different worlds from when I bought and sold, and each time Shea was able to navigate the experiences and pave a clear path for execution. She not only helped me find a new lender in the beginning who saved me a ton of money, but I called her my therapist by the end of it because it's such an emotional adventure buying a home in a place where everyone wants to live. When we sold the same house in the summer of 2022, we ran into all kinds of struggles and Shea was dealing with someone who really didn't know what they wanted or how to get to the other side of selling. I trust her immensely, and I always know she will do what's in my best interest. Chrystal was quite simply the best. Within a week and a half of deciding to proceed, she helped us by providing a staging partner and a professional photographer. Along with quite helpful advice all along the way. She worked within a very tight timeline and knocked it out of the park. Then, when we went to market, although of course this is not all within the realtor's control, we went under contract quickly. She navigated the remainder of the process very well. If that was just it, that would have been great; however, she then got us in contact with a realtor at our destination who also couldn't have been better either, given timeline, remote considerations, and so forth. I could not recommend Chrystal more. She made a quick whirlwind tour very manageable and a positive experience overall and did so with thoughtfulness, diligence, and careful attention to the details throughout.
